The house has direct, exquisite ocean views from the front decks.  The new pool is big enough to allows everyone to enjoy the pool and the 5 foot vinyl fence maintains your privacy. 

The stunning home features 6 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 4 bedrooms have their own full bathroom. The home sleeps 18 in its two master suites (king beds in each), five doubles, two twin beds (bunk bed set), one full and a queen bed. All mattresses are high end quality to provide a great night's sleep.  The upgraded elevator makes it easy to bring in groceries and luggage up from the driveway. For your convenience, in a closet near the pool area is a refrigerator and a food freezer which allows you to store groceries and  big bags of ice.  Beach chairs and boogie boards are provided  during your stay.  The new 12 x 24 pool comfortably accommodates guests.  The backyard was reconfigured with a new pool footprint and the new stamped concrete makes the backyard the perfect oasis with two palm trees. The new Weber BBQ with a dedicated propane line makes cooking for the group a little bit easier. 

The ocean views can be enjoyed from any level on the decks and you may see dolphins pass by. The flat, public beach access is just 20 steps away across a very quiet road,  The 5 "O'clock" Adirondack table on the front porch is the place to start and end your day. A modern, fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, over sized refrigerator/freezer, and all the tools and appliances you need when cooking for a crowd. In addition, a wet bar with sink,  drink refrigerator and a separate ice maker make filling the cooler for the beach so convenient. An over sized island in the kitchen easily accommodates 6 bar stools around the island, the large dining table can seat 8 or more and the outdoor Adirondack table with 8 high back chairs, provides plenty of space for meals. The bright, spacious family room has a large HD Smart TV, games and puzzles. Smart HD TV's are in both masters and there is a cable TV in every bedroom.  High speed Wi-Fi is provided.  

Ocean Isle Beach is a family oriented island which allows you to escape the crowds and traffic of the Outer Banks and Myrtle Beach and just relax. There are no traffic lights on the island. For the golf enthusiasts, there are 5 courses in Ocean Isle and another 40 golf courses within a 20 mile drive. A few nearby golf features courses such as Tigers Eye Golf Links, Sea Trail, Panther's Run, The Pearl Golf Courses, Brick Landing, Thistle Golf Club, Heather Glenn, and Sandpiper.  Ocean Isle also features a miniature golf course, two town parks, beach shops and restaurants.  For the fishing enthusiasts, there is a fishing pier located in the middle of the town 3 miles away.

The pool can be heated for an extra fee which varies based on seasonality.
